1. Introduction

Welcome to Madar Alhawiat. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our high-end waste management and Hawiat rental services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By accessing this website and utilizing our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. Rental Services & Delivery

Our containers are delivered to the specified location on the agreed-upon date. The customer is responsible for ensuring clear, safe, and legal access to the delivery site. Any delays or inability to deliver due to site access issues may result in additional logistics charges.

3. Prohibited Materials

In strict accordance with Saudi environmental regulations and Vision 2030 sustainability guidelines, the following items are strictly prohibited from being disposed of in our standard containers:

  • Hazardous waste (chemicals, wet paint, asbestos)
  • Medical waste or biohazards
  • Tires and batteries
  • Flammable liquids, oils, or explosives

4. Weight Limits & Overages

Each container size has a specific structural weight limit. Loading the container beyond its physical capacity or weight limit poses a severe safety risk during transport. Overloaded containers may be subject to an overage fee or refusal of pickup until the excess load is safely removed.

5. Liability and Damage

Madar Alhawiat takes all necessary professional precautions during delivery and pickup. However, we are not liable for damage to driveways, sidewalks, or underground utilities resulting from the immense weight of our trucks or fully loaded containers. The customer assumes full responsibility for the container while it is stationed on their property.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required as per the agreed schedule. For commercial and enterprise industrial accounts, customized terms will be outlined in the specific Master Service Agreement (MSA).
