No, as long as the drop-off location is clearly marked and accessible. Please ensure there are no cars blocking the driveway or gates locked.
Our drivers are trained to place wooden planks under the metal rollers of the Hawiat, distributing the weight and preventing scrapes or cracks on your residential driveway.
Pricing & Billing
Our transparent pricing includes the drop-off, the rental period (typically 7 days), the pickup, and a generous weight allowance based on the size of your bin.
If your debris exceeds the included tonnage allowance, you will simply be billed a pro-rated fee for the excess weight at standard landfill rates. No hidden penalties.
Rules & Safety
By law, we cannot accept hazardous waste, wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, tires, car batteries, or freon appliances. If these are found in the bin, severe contamination fees will apply.
Generally yes, but for heavy materials like pure concrete or dirt, you must use a dedicated bin and only fill it halfway due to DOT weight limits. Mixing heavy materials with household trash can cause weight overages.
